today is a really bad day for me and i’ve been on the verge of tears for most of it. i feel better being at home, but i don’t think i can go through with my plans to start exercising today because i’m afraid it’ll worsen my mood and it’ll send me spiraling. but it could help too and i’m so torn and it’s making me anxious.
